ENTRIES

All entries must be the original work of the Entrant and must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Supporting documents may be submitted.

Entries are to be submitted in English.

The organizers reserve the right to reject any entry. 

The organizers reserve the right to set the maximum number of entries.

ENTRY FEES

Entry nomination is free for the Tech Transformation and People Awards pillars.

PUBLICITY

Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity opportunities related to the Awards.

Organizers may use the names, logos, and brief descriptions of all entries for promotional purposes.

WARRANTIES AND INDEMNIFICATION

Entrants warrant that their entry is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers from any claims or damages arising from their entry.

CHANGES TO THE AWARDS

The organizers reserve the right to amend the Awards format, categories, or terms and conditions at any time.

Any changes will be posted on the Awards website. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to stay informed of any updates.

TERMINATION

The organizers may terminate and disqualify an Entrant’s participation in the Awards if they breach any of these terms and conditions.
